Common questions

Do I list pecans or just tree nuts?

List the specific type, such as pecans, because FALCPA requires naming each tree nut.

Can I sell pecan pralines?

Candy is on the cottage list, so pralines fit if the recipe has no dairy that needs refrigeration.

Can I sell nut butter?

It is not named on the list. Ask MSDH.
